Shipping Information

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All products sold on DaddyPackAmsterdam.com are made to order.

We partner with Printful, a print-on-demand fulfillment provider, who is responsible for producing, packing, and shipping all orders on our behalf.

  • Fulfillment time: 2–7 business days
  • Orders are automatically sent into production immediately after purchase

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed, modified, or canceled, as production begins automatically.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:

  • Netherlands & Europe: 6–8 business days
  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.


Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • The shipment may be returned or lost
  • Reshipping requires payment of a new shipping fee

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local authorities.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

All items are made specifically for each order.

As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect color or product selection

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts and product details before purchasing.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will resolve the issue.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Lost Packages

If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and determine an appropriate replacement or refund.


EU Consumer Notice

Notification for EU consumers:

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
  2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons

Accordingly, products sold on this website fall under these exemptions.

Therefore, returns and cancellations are not accepted except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, and Printful reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
